  • I wonder what Josh Homme plays on this track then. Is it just the little lead part in the last 10 seconds or what?? That sounds like the kinda thing he does. hmmm Good song none the less.

  • @TheDeathGit Josh Homme plays the guitar at the end of the track as far as I know.

  • @TheDeathGit Josh plays the tune at each part before the chorus of *theres a girl theres a girl* and also i think the last 30seconds of guitar solo is him.

  • how do you get to make videos?

  • sounds more like marmaduke duke than biffy clyro tbh.

  • josh homme plays and amazing guitar riff on this track.. but theres something about it.. like it should be 2 seperate songs.. im not putting it down i really do like it.. but its a bit uppy downy... im sure that dosent make any sense.. any well done to the lads :)

  • Only Revolutions is the album I'd been waiting for them to make since I saw them live eight years ago. They've combined the best parts of their noisy side with their pop side and created a great record. This song is one of the highlights.

  • this song is not one of the highlights, it´s THE highlight! :)

  • Im totally and utterly addicted with this album.. lol skool bifffy still rawwks tho.cant quite decide with the best track tho..but golden rule, this. many of horror.. mountains CLOSE CALL.. mon the biffy!!!!!!

  • bubbles

  • personly i think there the best band in the uk today and there from Scotland witch doubles up there awesome levels

  • @GordonGore

    Well said ther wee man

  • @GordonGore Its good how Scotland seems to produce so many good bands, especially when you compare it proportionatly to somewhere so much bigger like America.

  • @GordonGore Scotland is awesome xD i visited it one time (i'm german xD)

  • @GordonGore not lost prophets or crooked vultures?

  • @GordonGore I know when you say that you mean it, but if Biffy Clyro failed at some point, UK critics would do the same as they do with Andy Murray, say "but there Scottish".

  • @xXRynaldoXx loosing to federer is hardley failure

  • @GordonGore They're damn good but im sorry best band in UK at the moment and also the world are MUSE all the way

  • @TheAaronZo I was a Muse fan before I liked Biffy (I was introduced to Biffy in 07 when they supported Muse), but tbh right NOW, I think Biffy are a billion times better than Muse.

Muse's problem is they have already peaked.

And musically Muse are alot more limited. (I mean in their songwriting, Matt Bellamy is a better Musician than Simon Neil imo, just not as good a songwriter!!)

I think Biffy have alot more up their sleeve yet, and their older than Muse!!!

  • @l0uisw3bb93 Im sorry but thats completely incorrect. I dnt know if you are a musician or not but I am and Muse's songs are much more complicated musically, for example I dont see Biffy doing United States of Eurasia, which is musically genius, leading onto Chopin's nocturne opus 2 no9, which if you know anything about music will know is absurdly genius. Im not saying biffy are bad at all, in fact they are probably 2nd best british band although its close with kasabian

  • @TheAaronZo It's nice to see a response that is more than mindless fanboy bs, so thanks for that. I was just saying my opinion, I am a musician just to let you know, and I think Biffy are better than Muse just because they are (were) a lot less commercial. I was referring to their older stuff, especially infinity land, which is one of my favourite albums ever :D Admittedly they aren't as good now as they were though. And I do know Chopin's nocturne no9, I can play it on the piano :P

  • @l0uisw3bb93 just listened to that poop of a song united states of eurasia its crap.

im with you aaron big man ...biffy all the way.......

  • @pjk2008paul It was me who said Biffy are better than Muse in the first place... lol

  • HELLOOO PEOPLE!! biffy clyro's a band by the way! ,and the sexy lead vocals is the wonderfully talented simon neil nomnom if you didnt know then your not a dedicated fan like moi! :D biffy clyro rip the pants of my body!! <3

  • Amazin song!! Biffy Rock!!

  • I love this song, one of the best from this band! Mon' the Biffy!

  • my favourite song from the album.

  • this is one of the best of the best fucking songs on the album!

  • i went to see him in concert, hes, like, amazing.

  • absolutely stunning song.

  • You are correct.

  • Brill :)

  • champion biffy, this beats the shit out of puzzle for the old biffy fans!

  • @littleyamaha not a chance it beats puzzle! awesome album but puzzle is by far the better!

  • @SputnickSweetheart1 Totally wrong

    1.infinity land

    2.only revolutions

    3.puzzle

    4.etc

  • this song is fecking brilliant! the chorus does remind me a bit of marmalade duke but might just be me.

  • Marmalade? Its marmaduke :). Though marmalade is alot funnier.

  • yeh lol they should change it to marmalade duke- they could get a sponsorship deal with a marmalade comapny. im good at coming up with useless ideas like this :)

  • It sounds a bit like the opening credits of Top Gear at points to. I love it.

  • lol marmalade.

  • josh homme from queens of the stone age plays guitar on the chorus

  • Best on the album - awesome.

  • bought the album yesterday. very fucking impressed. absolutely amazing album. cant wait to see them when they come in january, already got my tickets :D

  • this song is too good. i have loved the bif since day 1, and this song is class!!!!! love it love it love it

  • jeese i need to buy this album- fekin amazin!!!!!

  • saw them in southampton couple of weeks agoAMAZING!!!!!....although they didn't do too much old stuff, but still properly brilliant!!!

  • Simon is undoubtedly a genius lyricist! This is really good.. but not as good as the old biffy stuffs.. but at least they're not afraid to do some experiments.. that's what i really do look up to..

  • Fucking love this song

  • Great song, thanks for the upload

  • The new album is just AMAZING :)

  • bring back blackened sky! or vertigo of bliss!

  • No!

  • i can't listen to the album until christmas... :(

but i'm seeing them in birmingham on monday!! YAY!!!!!!! :D

  • seeing them monday in brum, new album is really immense.

hope they play some old tunes such as bodies in flight and liberate the illiterate :D

  • i watched them last night.. they played 24 songs!! a lot from the old albums and yeh they played bodies in flight and liberate the illiterate .. it was the best show ever beat out the other 4 fours ive seen them livvee!!

  • what sort of time did they finish playing?

  • It started exactly at 7:30 with the support bands.. biffy came on at 9:20 and it finished at 11:10 :)

  • ok, that's good then, not too late, which is convenient seeing as i've got school the next day. thanks

  • haha yeah not bad, although im knackered and havent moved all day, such a crazy gig. Enjoyy x

  • i will, thanks

  • just got back!

    what did you think?!

  • geez that gig was unbelievable, so glad they played liberate and jaggy snake.

im tired after all the moshing:D how was it for u?

  • Lol! I went to see bif a couple of weeks ago, and for the next few days i was at home with a killer headache - too much moshing. Yeah, im glad they played Liberate and Jaggy Snake too...

  • I bought Only Revolutions today and those of you who don't have it yet, get it. It;s well worth it. :)

  • am i backwards coz i'm liking the new stuff more lol don't get me wrong i like the puzzle album but this new album i think will b their best ?

  • i saw them in cardiff last sunday, this was the only new song that i liked. 'tis a shame, but i don't like the direction they're going in. still a brilliant band though.

  • Cool guitar, but still...its not the old school Biff.....but catchy as hell!!

  • i don't know any artists that would like to go back in their past and play on the same thing

  • You dont even have to think:

    AC/DC

  • ahah nice, but they didn't need to go back, they always played the same thing without thinking of changing

  • This song is epic. MUCH better than The Captain.

  • i saw them on Monday in the Barrowlands. Seen them twice before, but this was definatley the best one. Bubbles was imense!

  • omg I can't get over how lush this song is!

It's different for them but I like itttttttt

  • Can't WAIT to see them tomorrow in glasgow =D I take it they played a lot of their new stuff anyone that was at one before?

  • I saw them in Belfast last week (best concert ever!) They played quite a mixture of songs, the majority from Puzzle, along with some classics like Glitter and Trauma and 57. They played several new songs too like Bubbles, God and Satan, That Golden Rule, The Captain and the likes. I'd say it'll be something similar in Glasgow :)

  • Brilliant! Cheers :) can't waiiiit :D

  • Im going daya fter tomorrow to o2 academy newcastle :D BUT IM IN UNRESERVED BALCONY SITTING!!! ARRGHHHH!!!is the balcony really far away?

  • BIFFY =

  • Last night's Belfast concert was amazing. They opened with That Golden Rule and ended with Mountains. The best concert ever! Mon the Biffy! This certainly won't be the last time I see them!

  • the lead during the chorus sounds like Rush

  • Mon the Biffy!

  • Josh homme does the guitar solo at the end, no vocals :)

  • Cool, I get it. Thanks for that. I thought he might be doing vocals, but apparently not.

  • he plays the wee riff in the chorus. totally love the queens of the stone age influence

  • he plays the wee riff in the chorus. its awesome
