I used to play warsow. It's a quake 2 engine though that's heavily modified. Its maps are also all done on fullbright (no shadows.)
Defrag uses quake 3 engine just as jk2 uses quake 3 engine, and it has nice lighting. You should try :0

Nice. Hey some of us have switched to quake defrag as it's a better game for strafing. I could help you install it if you want.

nah , its ok i play warsow every now and again.. race only, i took that part two down they got me on copy right for using iron maidon song... need get it back up soon.
ill stick to warsow ^^
