And there is no "Natural Born Citizen Clause" in the Constitution, merely Article 2 Clause 5. If you want the requirements for Citizenship, thats US Code: Title 8 Section 1401.

@michaelhtvr I read it, and appreciate the link. However, there is not one single piece of precedential law presented by Mr. Apuzzo that defines "natural born." I find it amazing that any attorney would use Dred Scott as an example of stare decisis, since it may be the most frequently overturned case in SCOTUS history.
We do not follow Vattel in this country, he is not mentioned in any case law as a legal authority, ever. Mr Apuzzo has simply put forth an opinion, nothing more. He is not law.
