  • Best tips I can think of: 1) remove cheese and cream from your diet 2) *even* if you are going to eat unhealty, always begin your meal with a large dish of raw vegetables, salad, nuts and olive oil. Only after that proceed to pizzas, burgers, etc. 3) reserve a single weekly day to eat as much as possible (saturday or sunday). That will be your weekly reward and also make your body "puzzled". I'm not fat, but with 1, 2 and 3 I dropped my cholesterol from 240 to 180 and also lost weight.

  • 30 pounds in 30 days, that's not healthy. Try again, but with 60 pounds in six months. That'll be a real challenge.

  • be careful man, 30 pounds in 30 days is a pretty huge change for you body, just keep exercising and eating healthy and you will lose plenty of weight over time!

  • I used to have weight that i wanted to lose. Yes it is more than possible to lose a certain amount of weight. By this I mean my goal was to just lose enough weight to gain a flat stomach. However I kept going and now I have a muscular body and get great comments about it all the time. The key is you must be committed to your goal. I know you can do it. Once you realize its hard, it becomes easy. Good luck!

  • @D0n5olo Ive lost more than 30 pounds since this started I wasnt setting myself up for failure I was giving myself a goal which i missed by 6 pounds even if i missed it by 20 pounds I lost weight and i started my new diet which is the whole point.... the goal was just to give me soemthign to strive for to work hard at in the beginning

  • It's improbable to lose 30 pounds in a month, a more realistic goal would be to lose 2-3 pounds a week. What you're attempting is very difficult and also very unhealthy.

I am a fitness adviser that works at a gym and sets people up on these programs. I am all for losing weight, but asking for people's support pisses me off.

Basically what I'm trying to get across is that you shouldn't depend on others to support you. The biggest thing is self motivation.   • Good luck dude. As many have said previously, this is not a 30 day project but more a new lifestyle. This should hopefully be a kickstart to loosing even more then 30 pounds if you continue after those 30 days :) Don't lose your motivation if your not down 30 pounds in a month, just keep rocking ;)

  • i hope he knows depending if he works out like a hour or two a day he will lose more than just 30 pounds at his weight, the heavyer you are the more you lose working out, and the less fat you got the harder it is to lose it, that fat will melt off like butter if he just runs atleast a mile or like walks a hour a day or something along with working out

  • you burn more weight with resistance training than cardio, but the biggest factor is cutting calories. Just thought I would post this for anyone that cares(probably nobody). I'm in med school so my advice is solid!

  • Hey man,if you jog atleast 3 to 5 times a weak and run 1-2 miles it will be smooth sailing to lose weight.

  • 30 pounds in 1 mounth is quite a lot, it can be done of course but it´s not healthy to lose that much weight over so little time. I really like your idea but take it a bit more slow.

    I know a youtuber who is really good at this kind of stuff he makes videos about training, nutrition and stuff like that. Scooby1961. You might wanna check out his channel and see if it´s something for you.

  • Thats a pound a day dude.. you have to really work hard with cardio.. cardio cardio cardio, unless you want to build muscle you won't lose weight as much but you will build muscle mass, and lose body fat in the process good luck man.

  • I think its admirable that you're giving it a shot. I see plenty of larger people throwing their lives away by eating crap and not working out. I deliver pizzas on occasion and its shocking the amount of obese people who ignore the obvious health risks with continuing down that path. The hardest part is getting into a healthy sustainable routine without causing yourself injury or complicating health risks.

    A pound a day is probably a little unrealistic but its good to have goals.

  • This is an unhealthy amount of time to lose that much weight. but if you want to do it make sure that you have people, friends and family to monitor your health. it can be done just very very unsafe to lose that much that fast. And kleptoooGaming is sorta right about starving, you will be prob eating around 1200-1630 calories a day that is considered semi starvation.

  • @MrReggieboons To lose weight I need to burn more calories than I take in doesn't mean I cut my calorie intake in thirds I ate about 2200 calories i ate healthier food...I lost about 23 pounds in that 30days...Its not unhealthy ive lost well over 14 pounds in one week before i hit a plateau. I wouldn't do anything unhealthy but thanks for the concern

  • Now as far as progress I didn't meet my goal but that wasn't honestly the point the point wasn't to rush it was to give my self a goal and work towards it to start off my lifestyle change due to random things in life happening I didn't get to put up any more footage but I have continued progress...my shirts now fit me like dresses their is no belly to hold them up. Ill make an update video soon as i get over this plague that I have contracted.

I have been to the doctor, nutritionist, Dietitian all when I was diagnosed with Diabetes and other health issues as explained in the video My Best friend also is a personal trainer that is NSCA Certified If i was being unhealthy I would know.

  • Join bodybuilding . com and educate yourself when it comes to nutrition. If you dont want to, there's no need for exercising. If you know what to eat, how much, when and how, you will reach your goal. Try to avoid short-term goals and make healthy lifestyle a part of you, such a lifestyle won't last for x months or till your weight is x, it's something that should last forever.

    But if you have enough motivation, hit the gym brah! Ain't nothing better than being a shredded sik kunt nomsayin'

  • To be frank it wont really matter if you pull the weight that you want in 30 days and then continue to your regular life. My advice would be if you want to do this make it a lifestyle not just a marathon to see how much you can loose in 30 days

  • @KleptoooGaming given his current weight it would not be considered starving himself, if a 180lb guy like myself decided to lose 30lbs in 30 days.. it would be.. well... starving myself. Naturally when someone is higher in weight the first lbs tend to drop off very quickly given some light exercise, unlike myself where any weight lost is bad weight, I should infact be gaining weight as I gain muscle.
