On the one hand, we have an absolutely bodacious beat, a good guitar progression and wondrous bass. On the other, there happens to be some background electronic mess ripped from the Goldeneye 007 N64 game, a guitar solo that uses 2% of Gates's abilities, and lyrics that suggest that M. I see no point in A7X going back to what they used to make. After their last two albums, they are more popular than ever, and they seem to love experimenting. That's what I love about them. They can't be pidgeonholed into one category. They are rock, hard rock, AND metal.
