In Korea the artists, especially the large boy/girl groups, are basically owned by their managment company, a throw back to the old U.S. movie studio/Motown model from the 1950's & '60's where the artist was paid a flat salary despite their popularity or revenue generated...and did as they were told.

while Girl Next Door's "Freedom" video was released on June 16th.
I am wondering if they shared producers. Although one could jump

@youOkazakitube Just my thoughts on why Japanese artists don't venture outside of Japan and that is because they don't need to since in Japan they earn roughly what their western counterparts make. In Korea the artists, especially the large boy/girl groups, are basically owned by their managment company, a throw back to the old U.S. movie studio/Motown model from the 1950's & '60's where the artist was paid a flat salary despite their popularity or revenue generated...and did as they were told.

Why do you think Asian pop groups and singers have a very DEFINED clear concept when they debut? this goes from singers to actors even. @TikiTubeable oh, ok. i'll admit i'm more familiar with Japanese artists so im not gonna pretend i know alot about Korean idols. in Japan they have quite a few good singers, but there's so many groups that rely solely on autotone and special effects. some groups like Perfume are even KNOWN to lip-sync during live performances and they're still popular, mainly because people focus more on the dance, i guess. that's all i was getting at. alot of asians seem to focus on "creativity" not talent.

力強さが必要な振り付けなのに華奢さが邪魔をして、まるでガキのお遊戯会のよう。
座っている時に着ている衣装ぐらいにしておけば良かったのにね。
あと、振り付け通り踊るのも良いけど、自分なりのアレンジを加えても良かったかもね。
