But there was some paradox along the line and another form of him died( his being divided)

They need to bring back the Sonic Adventure storyline and make a trilogy out of it. Use the same engine Adventure 2 used, or one similar. The new engines suck and are much harder to control. I think that the reason behind no SA3 is that the gamecube couldn't keep up with producing good games like this and the new consoles. This made me fucking mad when I was 12, not this ending actually but what came after the Adventure games. Heroes which sucked balls, Sonic 06, and those constant run games. I know that the only one after Sonic Adventure 2 that seems canon is heroes, but the explanation they gave for shadow really sucked. It wasn't the real Shadow the whole time, and we were playing as a clone of the real shadow who is dead. I wish that Sega would just say everything after Adventure 2 doesn't countt...
