  • guy is my hero

  • the best communicator ive ever heard.. nice voice... :)

  • Having never heard Paul speak before, I was expecting a British accent. I'm a bit disappointed but he does have a great demeanor.

  • whats with this hummmmmmmm noise he makes

  • love his essays and love listening

  • I'm not a hacker or an entrepreneur, but Paul Graham's essays are awesome reading. He has so many good ones, but "Inequality and Risk" is my favorite.

  • 2:00 "What makes it better than (website)?" His answer boiled down to a vastly improved user experience.

6:20 "Why arent you on twitter?" His answer boiled down to... a user interface issue.

I find it ironic (in a lol way) that he deals with companies that capitalize on this, yet he hasnt.

  • @nosajghoul having your name taken and not being able to fit messages into 140 chars are not UI issues. I'm pretty sure he just said that as an excuse anyway. YCombinator uses twitter capitalistically, he doesn't use it personally.

  • @nosajghoul He now is on @paulg. Thanks to Avi Bryant, who commented on hacker news, and works on twitter since he sold his smalltalk project (and the rest of his compnay) called Trendly for them

  • Hipmunk I saw on reddit the other day, and it is pretty neat indeed.

  • Paul is a good casual speaker

  • @tylergillies he seems to really excel in communicating

  • "There's-gotta-be-something-wrong-with-that-guy-laugh"

  • "no assholes" at 4:20

  • @uchuff appreciated
