No, it doesn't. Morrowind looks better than Oblivion because of better art design. And there are MANY mods that improve textures and character models, and even add effects like bloom and HDR to Morrowind. And even with original graphics it looks a lot more interesting than the boring Oblivion.

The skill system is more diverse and the world more interesting. Actually, the vampire quest makes no sense. Really. The guy who killed his parents only a day ago or so because of an incredible hunger for flesh can easily be convinced to stop doing it and only drink blood from now on. The guy who killed his parents is allowed to live on in the town of Arefu, even though he's a bloodthirsty monster who killed his own parents. Yeah right. Makes not much sense. The whole setting has a lot of logic holes. And some really bad writing.

It's a great quest in a way though, compared to the Andale one. After you ask Ian about how he tried to deal with cravings and his sister Lucy, it sheds a more human light on his condition, unlike the Andale quest where they are just, to be frank, run'o-da mill crazy.

Lol i from the very start of the game I killed a guard. Then I fled to a ruin called "Belda" and I found a bed and slept. Then came Lucien Lachance and invited me to the brotherhood, and then he went. But he accidently went into the "smash-to-roof" trap :P bad luck -.- No brotherhood quests for me :(
