I like it but it's depressing, friend! :) I guess all songs about growing older are, but not much good happened to the folks in this one. :) So, if I recommend a song to you, I think you'll listen.. here's 'Stop This Train' (youtube com /watch?v=5BTzNX5OMN4) and it's in the musical style that appeals to me (bluegrass, classic railroad beat) but it says the same sad things about time passing, I think. Its nice to see you and thank you for the update! I will be praying away the cancer. Its an evil thing that takes those we love from us and causes so much suffering. We have a son with leukemia and let me tell you, it has not been a nice time the last 5+ years dealing with that BUT he is here with us and we like it that way! Goodness graces the baby is in school! I know the feeling, my twin gransons will be 3 in March and they just started preschool. You are correct, time marches on! HUGS

I was diagnosed with colon cancer in 1994, I had surgery and chemo therapy for a year, but Praise the Lord I am still in remission 17 yrs later. My dear wife of almost 52 years is the wind beneath my wings for sure. Give Joni and Shane my love.....Doug....=)
Hey Shannon, so happy to see your smiling face back on you tube. I too am glad that 2011 is behind us. It was not to good for me either. I also can't believe that Shane is already 4 yrs old. My great grandson Devon is now 4 also. By the way Shannon I was a fleet manager for a GMC, Pontiac, Mazda dealership in Carlsbad, Calif for several years. I am now retired. Turned 74 on Dec. 26th. ...Doug....=)
