  • 100lbs lost in 6 months is not healthy,,that is 4lbs a week ...the healthy loss is 1 to 2lbs a week. The goal is VERY good and losing 6lbs the first week is great. 100 lbs loss should take close to a year to lose.

  • Keep it up! I know you can do it! And even if you don't reach your goal by the 6 months just keep at it and you'll lose it soon enough!

    Some people get so disappointed that they don't reach their set goal weight by a certain date and give up, don't do that! Any progress along the way is great, even if it's not as much as you want.

  • congratz i lost ab out 5 lbs in 1 week and im gonna lose more i weigh 185 and im 14 hopping to be 140 in 3 months
