I am an Adam 4 life fan, but I think at 1:45 Danny was just being supportive of a fellow Idol. I wish ALL the top 10 success in a tough industry. I've been hitting the Portland & Vancouver sites...and, I think every one of the idols are BETTER than they were on the show. Adam Lambert is a class act. He could very easily sang over everybody, especially with that song, but he didn't. He put his style and mark on it with his incredible vocals but didn't try to 'hog' the spotlight....although, its obvious that we wait for HIM to hit those notes.
