Ooooohhhhh....myyyyy...gawd! You have no idea how much I understand. Last night I was doubled over on the kitchen floor in mind numbing pain. I literally couldn't even put a sentence together. I think I'm alergic to dust mites, and I moved some stuff around in my room and it caused my sinuses on the left side and apparently it swelled so much that it was pressing on the roots of my teeth. Dude...I was about to loose my mind. What did your doctor prescribe? I think I'm going to get a neti pot.
I was sick too! ore throat, headache, coughing, plugged up sinuses, sneezing. plus the fact that the lower part of my left leg was swelled up, red and hurting from cellulitis. get one of those vapoizers with vicks, fill it with warm or hot water, put your face over it and put a towel over your head and it will clear up your sinuses. Take some Advil cold and flu. That will help with the headache.
There is some nasty stuff going around...get one of those things you fill with water and ...a VAPORIZOR with VICKS. Also to relieve pressure...press on the part of your nose on both sides just by the inside of your eyes. Sorry you are feeling badly. xoxxo

The weather has been yo-yoing around here, so I've been getting these fat sinus headaches too. I won't be douching though, not my sinuses anyway.
Frasier is hit-or-miss with me. Some episodes are smart and funny, others are dumb and predictable. It makes it hard to want to watch it on a regular basis. I think that's why Lifetime put it between the Golden Girls and Will & Grace, so people would watch it.
Not fun. Have you ever tried Co-Advil? It's for headaches and it releases the sinuses. You might also try Dimetapp for sinus relief. It losens the nasal passages. I don't think you'd want to use both the Advil and Dimetapp together, but if you decide to use them ask your pharmacist about using them together. I hope you get to feeling better!
You need to do the sinus douche immediately. Just be careful not to drown yourself. But, you know that tiny pressure release you were talking about...it would release even more with the douche thing. Just a suggestion...I know you don't do anything you don't want to do. Peace. ;) -Doug

I had to laugh when you said you didn't think you'd get past five suscribers. I remember being stuck at 5 when I got a shoutout from someone. Since then, they have slowly grown.
That sucks butt. I know anytime I have a headache, sinus or not, I take 4 ibuprofen. My Mom always told me to take 4 because that used to be the regular dose back in the day.
