I RLLY want big arms so plz plz plz plz answer me lol. I'm gonna be using bench presses mainly and I hear that selecting a weight that you can only do 3-5 reps of is the best way is that true? Thx for all ur help man u rlly help me a lot :)
@The180Clown no. doing a heavy weight with 3-5 reps does nothing for you. doing something a little challenging that you can do 12-20 reps is good. and if you really want to go extreme then lift weights for thirty minutes while watching tv and make sure you eat protein so you don't get a sugar crash
