I must claim ignorance over this one. I thought I had heard of every silent movie there was but I had never heard of this one. Great choice on your part as always. You should check out Cinema Vintage channel you all would love it.

I had this ready to order via amazon, the Blu-ray version but don't know if it has this wretched soundtrack, i love ambient music but this doesn't even go with the subject matter at all. This movie seems to require something more lyrical, not this dark, mess... it's garbage.

I first saw this film at the age of 7... it scared the bejeezus out of me. Even when I watched it again about 5 years ago (and many times since) it still gives me the chills. Fantastic!
