You will need the FFXI mod to run the roster and portrait pack properly. That can be found at footballidiots too. I have no problem going to next season in Franchise.

@Jongbert if you go to the website I posted and click on update roster on the right hand side, you'll see that there is a portrait file with the roster. Not all players have portraits, but almost all of them do. It's pretty great.
why wont it let me do a fantasy draft in franchise mode? it works if i dont use fantasy draft but if i turn it on and say ok it says please wait and the game freezes
@SpankyThick69 As I stated in the description, I don't own these rosters, merely promoting them. I'd suggest you registering on the forums you downloaded them at (football idiot) and post your problem on the boards. My guess is no one has tried to use Fantasy Draft or haven't raised the issue.
@bigheadboy122 1st open madden 08, save default roster in there. Then the updated roster you downloaded change the name to match the one you saved. Then go to your documents folder and look for Madden 08 folder. Click that then select rosters and place the updated roster in the folder and it should ask you to copy and replace.

hey, can you post a link to where the roster file is?
and can you show the correct way to install it? i downloaded a file from that site, and when i tried to open the roster in madden, it said it has been damaged. it did that for the five rosters i downloaded
@thegoldenchild311 hmmm, well firstly, you know this is for pc right? you're placing the roster file, after you unzip it of course, in the my documents madden 08/roster folder correct? Give me a little more information and maybe we can both get this problem sorted out for you. Looking forward to helping!
@bcmoten as far as the numbers go, they are being completed as we speak. Most of the numbers are right though (around 75%).. It will probably all be perfected very soon. All of the little things will be ironed out soon enough to bring Madden 08 into this season nicely!

Yeah, i know it's for PC.
I used to use rosters from Football-Freaks before it disappeared.
I went to my docs>madden 08>rosters> then pasted the roster files from the forum site.
But everytime I do it, it always pops up saying "the file is damaged" or something like that
