I think the other guy is Matt. There is an official picture out there somewhere of him without his goggles... but I can't remember where I saw it.

But if you look closely, there is a possibility that his goggles ARE there.. :S

I think it's most likely Matt, both because he'd definitely be standing by Mello if this image was true to the story. Also because he'd be the most likely.

However, the fourth doesn't seem to be wearing goggles, from what I can tell, so there is a possibility that the fourth isn't from Death Note at all, and this image may have been created in order to confuse Death Note fans into frantically trying to find out who he is.

Anyway, if I find anything about him(Her, possibly), I'll report it.
