@keepingitreal15 I agree; while a lot of stereotypes are perpetuated by people choosing to act in stereotypical ways (for example, "trailer trash" behavior wouldn't be associated with white people if it wasn't engaged in almost exclusively by whites), when kids are taught to view members of other races in a certain way by their parents and family, prejudice becomes ingrained in a way that's tough to reverse.

saw Paul at Caroline's in NYC last Saturday night. Sat and watch a whole table of white folks get up and exit stage left. By the time the show was over my wife and I were just about the only white people left. When Paul left the stage he cam over to us, quick fist bump and thanked us for surviving!.Never had so much fun laughing at myself in my life! Paul Mooney is one of the finest comics to ever take the stage and a real gentleman.
