excellent moveset for Togepi. but I doubt it has a chance of being playable with the generation moving on. Only Pokemon I can see being brought into a future Smash Bros game thats yet playable that is from a previous generation are Mewtwo and Meowth.

The problem is that with the charm thing, its a bit unrealistic. I mean, I dont think Bowser or Ganandorf would stop and sympothyze and go mad over togepi's cuteness for a few seconds.

Neutral-B, as described, sounds more like Tri Attack.

Also, Togepi, from my memory, cannot learn Tri Attack, Teleport or Take Down (it can learn Double-Edge, for a Side-B).

I'd think a better Final Sweet Kiss? It would probably work in a vein similar to a mix of Peach's and MK's Finals, trapping opponents in range before being kissed and getting their movement controls reversed for a few seconds instead of being KO'd - don't reverse controls happen sometimes on Spear Pillar with Palkia present?

Togepi actually could work. All of the other characters in the series (except PKMN Trainer, who is loosely based on Ash anyway) techincally come from the anime, since they act more like their anime counterparts. Togepi played a big role in the original anime as Misty's main PKMN outside of battle.

I would. Togepi is cute, and small which makes it harder for oponents to get a direct hit on him/her. Plus, a lot of people would think that it would take less than 5 seconds to beat Togepi so they usually let their guards down giving the player playing Togepi an advantage.

Sure I'll tell you. Last Resort is one of the strongest moves, but you can only use it when you've used all your other moves at least once. Maybe the final smash could be more powerful if someone else already used their's or something like that.
