@aslan7791 Thank you, i did know something about Okabe. It is sad that not so much people see this videos. Anyway i will be always a Stratos 4 fan, even if they dont release something new anymore. It would be nice to have something like this anime again.

The left one is one of the producers of Stratos 4, Kiyoshi Sugiyama.
The next one is Isaku Okabe, he is a famous military analist in Japan and like a supervisor of Stratos 4.
Noriyasu Sugiyama is the director for pictures and mecanical/characteristic design.
Sigeyuki Ninomiya is like a director/supervisor for modeling (Fighter Jets) of the animation.
The rightest one is Tatsuya Kawano; He is a director for 3DCG of the animation.
