I actually enjoyed the series despite the bad reputation of the second game. It werent bad at all, it just didn't bring the same major story elements as Origins. And because of Origin's huge succes, DA2 was marked as a downstep. On the other hand it brought a very delicate and suprisingly new storytelling experience as you went through the game. Furthermore the slow phase combat was improved, it just needed more strategic encouragement. I can't wait to see what bioware is making of this movie!
