Thanks for reply dude :) I had this problem fixed by replacing whole screen at Apple service :) they did it for free cz I had MacAir (its 4 years old without extended warranty)
due to the legendary "hinge" problem. By the way its the 3rd(!!!) screen I have on this piece of shit :( Kstatje ja tozhe govorju po russki :P Cheers mate !
It's a graphic card problems. It's the most frequent problem in modern notebooks.
I hope you will not try to fix it in a such way as youtube shows. If you want to extend a life of your mac, just find a normal notebook service who has infra-red soldering station in your region.
After visiting the Apple Store and getting a quote of $430, I took it (ibook) home and used an Alan-wrench and a small Philips screw driver and took the screen apart. Apparently what had happened is the wires that go from the mother-board to the back of the screen had simply become disconnected. So I simply plugged it back in and the desktop appeared. No more white screen. I put it all back together and it works fine. I should go put an application into the Apple store so I can be a genius too.
