Sadly this is piss easy to fake. Place string over the top bar and attach it to the lever then pull and the lever will lift up, I swear i get a glimpse of string going diagonally across the screen, (from the lever towards the right bottom of screen)..UMM is that some evidence of my theory at the 0:23 mark? Is Human manipulation evident in the flesh coloured "anomaly" on the very right of screen? Why does that "fleshy dot" move at the same time the lever does? just above the bottom pipe 0:23

Could be the water pressure. If the valve is worn or needs tightening, the pressure could cause it to open. Not saying that's what it is, but just one possibility.
