Nice recording, but the old "organ pedal" effect mars her delivery; i.e., her voice blooms late on many notes and not for artistic reasons, just habit or taste. This affects the diction (hence the comment on the German) and makes the voice uneven in places. I wish all singers of her calibre would denounce the use of the "organ pedal" and also of the white voice, which she uses occasioanally but which adds nothing. I'm returning to the old italians (archive.org) for voice culture.
