alright i have Max Maya and XSI. and i have finaltoon plugin within max. how did you set it up?

I just used 3ds max to do the character modeling and animation task,use finaltoon plugin to do the toon style rendering.

This animation is done by myself,It's not mocap data.

but i mean, at the end of this video you are showing haruhi video and a 3D model mimicing that video, or is this just a compairsion? cuz i think i'm gonna do the same thing, i'm gonna do a lucky star opening animation with my 3D robots

The haruhi video is a reference I put in the 3ds max viewport background,so it's easy to help me making the animation.and the 3D model mimicing is CAT rig system,it control the 3d character movements.
