What's with the 1-up sound effect aout 35 seconds in?

That happened to me also in the World 5 fortress

the 1-up sound effect sometimes glitches like that in the game sometimes. But I don't know why.

yd u skip lv 4..is it tht moving lvl?

Yes lv 4 is that darn water level that I hate and I needed to get rid of some items because all 4 boxes were full.
