@fritzhvac Rochester?? I'm from Syracuse I have been doing hvac for about 7 mnths man is it overwhelming at first. im a 2nd yr apprentice. I work for a company based out of Rochester that does residential and commercial I do commercial. Nice video
Hey Fritz, Great video buddy, you and Ray were getting it done. Haven't tried the White Castle's yet, we have Krystal here, their evil twin,LOL. IF they're like the Krystal in carb count, don't check your sugar afterwards for a while. Been gone awhile, computer would not let me view or post in youtube. Got me a new laptop that is great. Tell your Mom and Sarge Hi, hope y'all had a great Thanksgiving. Bankruptcy discharge came through, so time to make some money again. Take care.
Wow, what an awesome day that was!! I know it was a nightmare for you having to get up in that floor joist space and extract that elbow!! That was a feat of great skill my friend. Dude, you OWN that sawzall !! I have never seen anybody adapt and overcome like that....Totally Next Level Brother!! I am glad I was there to lend you a hand Buddy!! It was great to watch the Master at work, in person!!
Thank You so much for inviting me for Thanksgiving Brother!! I had a great time!
@cobitech I grew up in North Carolina (Fort Bragg) till I was 13 , and we would visit my Grandma every other Summer , soon as we got here , the First Stop before ANYTHING was White Castle Brother , boxes were flying everywhere , man they were GOOD !!!
Hey Guys, Becky and I watched your video. We lliked it. Youall work together great. Guess you are having a lot of fun....... Continue on!!!!!!!!!!Luv Mom And Becky
Hey Fritz! You and Ray did a nice job installing that new condensate pump and fixing that flue pipe! Looks like everything turned out real good! Awesome video man!
We have been utilizing these Pumps for Years , from our Distributors , im pretty sure they would not sell the Product if it had a Big Failure rate due to acidic condensate , it would not be feasable to them to have them coming Back !!!
When cutting broken piece ends off of PVC/ABS in tight places, there's a tool available at plumbing supplies that chucks up to a drill and looks like a small 1" diameter circular saw blade on the end of a long shaft. Insert the tool down the pipe and cut it off from the inside-out. Also, when cutting PVC/ABS with a sawzall, give yourself a cut line guide around the pipe. Wrap a string tightly around pipe and draw a line next to the string. Really helps.
Thank You for the Great Tool Tip , I love anything that makes my Job Easier !!!
I have a Mutimaster , which can work Miracles but I burned up my Last Blade on my New Staircase I built , and like a Big Dummy I didn't immediately replace !!!
I will look into that tool Brother !!!
95% of the time i'm cuttin 2" , got me a Milwaukee Lopper , man she cuts Perfectly with no Shavings , I love that bad Boy !!!
Thank You so much for the Great Comment and Tips !!!
Great job on the refit on the pipiing friend! Mighty tight quarters for sure.
I think Ray was mighty content on the meal there too!
Major difference in the other pump Fritz as well! I am a true believer of "you only get what you pay for". Although it took me a number of years to reach that point.
Man it was tighter than Dicks Hatband Brother !!! LOL ..
But you know as well as I, you must adapt and Overcome !!!
I learned that little trick when I was workin with Carl !!!
Ray loved em, we snacked on em all night !!! LOL
Man I have been using the Little Giant sense I have been in the Trade, have always had Great Luck with them , I just started using Diversitech last year , anything mechanical has a chance of Failure !!!
AWESOME Video Fritz!! Looks like you and Ray had a Great time!!
Man someone really screwed up the venting on that furnace. Looks like a hack job. But you got 'er fixed up the way she should be! Great job to you and Ray!!
Love the clip of the condensate pumps. Man those things (when they're working right) are POWERFUL! I didn't know they blasted water that high!
Sounds good my friend! I knew you would! Ray's an awesome guy!
I don't have a condensate pump on my system, my furnace is in my crawlspace and it just drains out the side of the house. I use a shop vac to clean it out every spring to prevent water backing up in it though.
Another great vid Fritz! I'm glad here in Louisiana were not required to run 90% furnaces. Looks like it would be alot more expensive to install for the customer with all that extra pvc pipe.
@88MetalMania I I call it PVC like everyone Call a Recip Saw a Sawzall !!!
All my venting Material comes from my HVAC Distributors not Home Depot where I purchase my Equipment . This Particular Venting came from HD Supply my Ruud Distrbutor .
Nice video, Fritz!
