I listen to this piece and it sounds almost like a dissonant lullaby for a child. It's warming, but not like actual heartwarming. More like a false sense of security to aid for a means of escape. And the more I listen to it, the more I feel a cold shadow lurking beneath each note. Hidden and repressed. But as the melody goes on, it gets more haunting and unbearably sad. Until it just shatters and crawls out.

I applaud you for capturing Cheryl's inner turmoil in a simple yet remnant piano cover.

This is the best version I've heard thus far. The other ones all that that irksome wrong note. I have a request. This is to anyone. Could someone re-record this version with a better quality? Not to insult hijkul's of course. It's a good quality. But I can hear some static and it sounds a tad muffled. If I knew more about pianos I'd do it myself. But I'm still learning my keyboard.

Yeah, that one note is one reason why I made this one.. But this actually isn't a recording. Its made on a program, and I know it isn't the best sounding; I'm still getting the mixing down. Sorry it isn't the greatest sounding.... its just a cover version.

Understandable. But I'd like to point out one other note. I'm not exactly sure how to point it out, it's somewhere in the part where the song changes towards the end. What I mean by it changes, is that it's the part of the song that you can just tell it's different from the rest. Almost like a climactic part. Y'know?

You mean when I play G instead of A#? Well in the piano version heard briefly in the game It was a G, not A# Although the vocals go A# from what I remember in the game it was always heard G. I don't think it really matters that much, its just an interpretation.
