I do believe in this really! I used to have a long day at college from 9 to 6 daily ,sometimes I had to sleep in the 1 pm class for 10 or 15 mins and then I feel real good again ,like I am recharged ,While my friends ,used to laugh at me, feel exhausted at 4 pm and they can't continue.
