If we put an EGA card into it, I guess it may run Hovertank 3D (an early but true FPS made by ID software.)

no,it doesn't

100 8086s only have 1000MHz

So you'll need 1000 8086s and remake them to run on 32-bit OS.(Since 8086 is an 8 bit processor.)
