You change the integer in the client where they check if your rights are equal to two, and change it to greater then or equal to zero. Not hard. Plus I'm sure you just downloaded the client off rune-server, runelocus, or mopar.

This isn't cheat engine. You can get the limited developer console by pressing the ~ key. However, this is a MODIFIED client, which unlocks the developer commands.

It's done by replacing some hex values in a certain (Java) class file.

The World 55937 is just a glitch when trying to change worlds in the lobby to a world that doesn't exist.
