for those who didn't notice, actually this part of the anime is really difficult to translate, as it can be defined in several meanings

Nanaly : You do (love Euphie) too, don't you? -> present tense

Lelouch : "Sukida" means Love,

but in his sentence, it is unclear whether it is a past or present tense, I think the translator give "I did", because it is more fitting to the plot.
