Im in need of advise my friend. i have a character named Nom Nom Nom.hes parents had little or no imagination ^^ ....err well hes not human ether but anyway theirs already some strange and very popular video named this im scared that i want be aloud to use his name because of this. I had no idea of this video when i created him. WHAT DO I DO i RELLY love his name it describes his personality soooooo well -he eats constantly EATING IS his life err half of it anyway.
@lugnuts299 I guess it depends on whether or not its copyrighted. If their character is copyrighted then you'll probably need to change the name or just adjust it slightly like maybe just Nom or Nom Nom. If its not then I dont think theirs really a big issue as long as you didnt mean to steal the name and as long as your character isnt a complete copy of their video.
