well if you cook with butter then it is not very good for your arteries.. i guess if you cook it once in a blue moon maybe okey.... Good video and presentation :)
I'm from Pak I love Pilaw here is Pak we make it differently we just put some spices in rice and have it with shami kababs Turks put eggplant, tomatoes, onions in. Pilaw is delicious Turks make it differently I gotta try it thanks for vid.
Hi, I love Torkish Cuisine and you present this very well. Happy you speak english! Kind regards from Alsace, France, the land where the Riesling flows. Christian.
That looks lovely. If any dish can be said to form the basis, the very foundation of Turkish cuisine, then pilav is it. We have a fantastic recipe on our website too.
jennifer super ! congrugulations...even in turkey our turkish ladies dont know how to cook our cousine now ...man with you so lucky ..real woman..masssallah ..
All of Turkish Cuisine was stolen from Greek & Armenian Cuisine. They stole everything from the Armenians & then when they couldn't take any more they marched out into the Syrian Desert and left them to die. They slaughtered 1.5 Million Christians. They won't admit it but they killed the Armenians because they were Christians. The Turks say it has nothing to do with religion. They also say it wasn't a Genocide but a deportation. Christians need to know the truth. These people are murderers!
@unfluster Really ... then I wonder, why do all those dishes have Turkish names ..? Why do Greeks, Armenians, and the rest of the Balkan, Middle East and even Russia use Turkish words for those dishes?
Hahah .. don't you have aid ships to sabotage? Or Palestinians to kill .. steal some more land maybe? Build another settlement and make Palestinians drive with different plates, like Hitler used yellow stars to identify the Jews.
I wish you make more videos.

What kind of rice do you use for this recipe?
MyMedina 2 years ago
I would try Basmati rice. That's always a great rice and beside that's what they sell here in the Middle eastern stores.

Nice recipe thank you.. rice is healthy but only brown rice. Sadly, brown rice doesn't taste as good as white rice.
