Oh and btw: it's not that I don't like Minilougue. It's just that the music doesn't fit. And the "old guys" you mentioned were the pioneers of electronic music. They laid the foundation of all kind of subsequent styles. Modern synthesizers basically use the same technique, plus some newer forms of synthesis like FM or Wavetable synthesis. Besides of that - this kind of space music is still quite actual. You're just clueless.
