Or get a compatible Xbox 360 steering wheel and buy Daytona USA via Xbox Live.

@VikutaaChyaaruzu yeah but you won't be playing the actual game disc on an real Sega Saturn, I mentioned the G25 because the Saturn steering wheel cannot mimic the Daytona USA arcade cabinet steering wheel, the Logitech G25 does it a lot better.
