@kitty9604 You can use whatever you have that works. You can even use wrapping paper instead of paint if you want. Just be creative. :)

@noobslaer117 yes, the pipe cleaner hangers could bend a little but the clothes are not that heavy and since they do bend you can shape them to hold the clothes on just right. If you want you can use something a little more sturdy but the way you make them is the same.

I made one of these and its just as easy to get what you need then just do stuff as you go...it normally turns out good just do it so it looks good

If you don't have access to a hot glue gun, regular glue would work too, it just takes longer to dry.
