I went from a cooler to the keggle and then back to the cooler. With the keggle, I couldnt maintain the temp well enough even with a burner to regulate it while circulating the wort.. The cooler method was more like set it and forget it. Glad you liked the video.
I noticed that you have a keg style mashtun sitting on the floor. Do you get better efficiency with the cooler vs. the keg? Thanks, Great set of videos
