@tino730 This was made back in the day when a lot of the new iBooks features and ways to transfer content didn't exist. There are much better ways now I guess.
I write children's books and i've converted all my picture books to iBooks, I am wondering in all honesty - your own personal opinion, do you feel kids are truly reading books on iPads? (Kindles, Nooks)
If not now - do you really feel kids, schools, parents, will convert to e-readers? I've a ten yr old and it's a wee bit uncomfortable to hand her a $800 iPad, but I'm wondering if other people feel this way? Would love to hear everyone's reflections.

what if the file is to big to import, i have books that are to big to open in my email and i can't sync pdf's into my ipod from my computer

@sbannik You'd have to upload the book to DropBox first, then open it in iBooks if that was the situation. Dropbox dot com
