Yes a clinical trial would be interesting here, but obtaining funding for a purely technique-oriented (drug-free) remedy like this could be challenging.
I am off the inhaler for 4 months - With the Buteyko method you MUST be patient and mentally not wanting the medications - This works for me, hopes for you all too.

spent 900 aud on this. from 2006 up to two weeks ago I used ventolin and serotide once.
