They have a special sole inside that fits to your feet with time. It's very unconfortable at first You have to test for length only not for confort when trying them. For me it took about 4 to 5 hours riding to feel confortable with them

i have seba fr1's, stock wheels are shockingly bad no grip last like 5min on the tarmac but i got some hyper x360's and there awesome but stock bearings are fantastic and boots are great fit and everything is fully costumisable

It's easy, just use boot instead of the frame... Just don't do it often, it's really bad for skates. If you have experience in grinding on aggressives, it helps a lot. And put some hard whells in your frame, if you accidentally touch surface with them, they won't stop you.

@13kia you cn grind whit any skates that have a flat bottom, but you can do only a cuple of grind tricks. (my bottom isnt flat :( :@ )
