i don't get it... how do you have so much time to complete this? is this some kind of slow setting mix? after the scratch coat. you did all sections and you still had time to sculpt blocks in the 1st section. how?
It's Magic, no it's a process that you do and you have to know your time limit. I had to work very hard and fast getting it up and then the fun begins.The mixes that I mix do have some delay compared to regular concrete. Thanks for watching!
using portland or Masonry cement for your base ingredient cures much slower than standard concrete especially after including admixtures which help to control evaporation. Your fine aggregate can also play a role in set time.
Looks good first time I ever saw a video of start to finish. Going to start experimenting this winter. I would like to expand, I have most of the tools so why not......Good job

What did you spray the metal mesh with?
IS that cement mortar mix or something different?
How come it doesnt fall off?
How come you did the cement in 2 layers?
