super bias. to each his own, but your reviewing the RECALLED VERSION of the phone AND doing a hrdware review of it...thats kinda ur fault than anyone else's.You should put up a warning and leave an asterisk. You hating WinMo and having a bad hardware-recalled Treo Pro, makes it silly to review a bit. I own this phone and like it. I wouldn't say it's feature set or operating system will blow anyone away but for those who are used to how windows sets things up it means a smaller learning curve if you've never owned a data phone before. It's also WAY cheaper than the iphone with 85% of the feature set.

yes i am familiar and i am a sprint tech. The 800w has the same OS. The task do run depending on settings , push , or start up.There are cool cad files avail for the device to prevent some loss of power , none of which sprint offers, or supports. If you dont like 6.1 waity a year until 6.5 is out and all these new 6.1 phone are big paper waits , The windows update should be configured through a pc for all apps ,

My old phone, the Blackjack had windows mobile on it...but it was easier to set it to vibrate/ring, you made "Profiles" and could switch between them easily, guess the removed that feature.
