The military struggling for recruits during an unpopular war lowered their requirements even more. Without "diversity" we wouldn't have anywhere near the size of a military we have.
Simple signs were missed....that's the reason for the disaster at Ft. Hood...nothing else.

Our military is diverse not out of a liberal policy. It's diverse due to what it offers in opportunity and who that opportunity is best served.
What percent of our top 10% white high school graduates choose the military upon graduation? What percentage from college? What percentage of my white brothers and sisters out there suggest the military out of high school or college for their sons or daughters? Let's talk reality here!!!!

If only WASPS are compatible with the American way, then yes, that is exactly what I am saying, but I don't think that is the case. I have met plenty of immigrants who are very compatible with our way of life. I'm just saying that if you believe in an 8th century barbaric interpretation of a religion where you kill those who will not conform to your way, then you do not belong here. It is our right as a people to only let in those that we think will grow with us; those who like our ways.
