I have searched and searched for this video version of the song without sucess since seeing this video on a pop show in the eighties which completly fascinated and charmed me with the girls stunning looks and beautiful vocals and made me a fan of the Bangles ever since. Glad to find this particular version of the video on you tube. It is so captivating!!

Definitely underrated song. Probably the reason it didn't do well as their later hits was simply because they weren't known when they released this song. Perhaps if it had come after "Walk Like an Egyptian" it would have shot to #1

Sue looks better without curls or bangles but great any time of the day or night. I understand there was a lot of infighting and jealously over Hoffs. But really who can sing or look better in the band? The original video is better because the more Hoffs the better any video becomes. What if Ringo wanted to sing all of the Bealtes songs. Girls, just sort it out! Dumb video as it is so damn inclusive.

Just been told that this was a cover of a song by Jules Shears , Excellent song all the same , I first viewed this on tvam 5 minute pop slot back in 86 Gordon Honeycomb was doing the news back then . I fell in love with the song there and then.
