@GIMPMan1972 I find it the best way to control the camera and character's direction in a 3D space while recording. Laugh all you want, but it's the best tool for the job.

@lastplayed Controllers are very limited so I'm not sure what you mean by that because the keyboard and mouse are far more flexible and accurate.

Looks like a good DLC though.

@lastplayed Because a controller doesn't give any benefits in such games and it's only an option because it's force on by devs who give limited direct input support. I was forced to buy an Xbox360 controller because GTA IV and other games lock out other PC controllers. Controllers have only become popular on the PC for such games because they were forced on us and no body ever used controllers for RPGs (and such games) before this shit started to happen, lol

Why did they change the way you sail?? When I first got it, you had to adjust the sail to correspont with the wind direction... that's gone now!!! :(

For all the Mac users who don't have a PS3 or an XBox 360 or a PC this game is a very close equivalent to Skyrim for Mac (which hasn't and probably will never come out) :)

by the time i had beaten cassara i was lvl 68 it didnt take me long cuz i had another character who was lvl 60 but i had distributed his attribute points incorrectly so even having even stats i couldnt beat her with the first char lol we all make mistakes right

Even my Logitech F310 gets recognized as an Xbox controller in all games I've ever played.

Its blatantly obvious that its a 360 controller FOR WINDOWS. And yes, OF COURSE it uses the same fucking icons as the controller, it is, after all, a 360 controller FOR WINDOWS.

@mistervanderveer lol I'm not much of a PC gamer considering I only have a netbook. So I wouldn't really know. Many of these games are on my wishlist of things to buy for when I save up for an ASUS. No, I'm not trolling. I now understand things thanks to the comments on the vid. Since I'm mostly a console gamer, it's highly likely I'll be picking up a 360 controller to play my future PC games. I found Sailing in this game to be really frustrating, or maybe it was simply because I got blown onto the Vahkmaar coast and the wind stoicly refused to change which kind of broke the game for me.

@gh3rockzzV2 An expansion, but it adds around 20-25 hours of quests and stuff, and a new MASSIVE area, so in a way it is like a game in itself.

hey i got a question, can you adjust ur sails? i used to be able to do it, but that was months ago, i think they released a patch that automatically adjusts it for u according to wind direction, so i wanna know if it automatic for u?

i play on pc btw, but it shouldn't matter i hope.

@Bossatron doesn't look automatic as he was losing speed, once he turn'd it he gained speed again

@sever4nce You have to catch the wind to build up speed. So it's manual in deciding how the boat catches the wind, but automatic in how the sail shifts around.
