Wow what i've been doing is to speak with people and say: ok i'm gonna speak with them!! I'm here! then i stayed there but then i started closing myself... the next day i say hello but i didn't spoke with them anymore... so i ended without changing really things

Cool to see this, to push through this energies and say, ok i'm still here
