I didn't expect someone from Singapore to capture the Russian sensibilities so well. Nice to see the borders + stereotypes minimized this way, as my homeland's music from the centuries ago connects with such talent from across the globe! The Lyrics translated, More Info laid out nicely = how respectful!
I played this when I was 16 yrs old. My teacher was a concert pianist. When I found you, and heard the opening 4 notes I knew instantly I found someone who played the piece as I was taught so many years ago. You brought tears to my eyes.
Every phrase, every paragraph was a poem to my soul, a remembrance when I was young. Thank you so much for such a superb performance. Continue please to play and play. You are star work in my eyes.
!!! I can imagine the whole scene by listening to this.. the beginning was like a few birds landing on the piano keys and playing on it=) you playin this equals a piece of precious art, sound, and story
I have to say that this is a very beautiful rendition of the piece. Although I am not too familiar with the piece, it looks, and sounds like you have full control. Your graceful body movements also conclude this.
I can hear everything in the piece; every note. -very clean.
I really enjoyed your performance - I thought it was very poetic, and your projection of the melody was excellent. The piano sound was very good - you obviously have superb performing facilities available to you in Singapore.
