People have 99 of slabs too. How I assume people do it is they BBox an item (or group of items if they have more than 1 of it) and then trade from that new character to a bro online. Now that bro got a free slab or w/e since it was on a new character. Trading back and forth is likely how people have 99 Divine Blessings, Slabs, etc.

Also since you double it each time it wouldn't take long even if you started with 1.
