How to add a NextGen Photo Gallery to Wordpress

i don't know why but i can't see my photos i only see a circle which spins around , i tried with many different ways for example i changed many times the dimensions of the icons , but the same think happened what should i do;

@phgh1520 Not sure but try messing with Slideshow settings, specifically "Enable flash slideshow".
